Return/Refund Policy
At Windowwagon Pvt Ltd, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products.
Full refund or exchange or repair of a product bought on our website is possible if.
The product is damaged or there have been some breakages during transport
Requisites for refund:
- In case of defective product received: Only product image is required;
- In case of Wrong product received: Both product & Tag images required;
- In case of Product is different from what is shown on the website – Only product image required;
- In case of Incomplete order received: Both product & Tag image is required.
In case you have purchased an item, which has a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well;
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Gift boxes are not applicable for returns.
Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products or damaged products are received by the customer. However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny;
Return Intimation: You can either call our Support Number +919880900078 or Email Us at hello@windowwagon.com within 24 hours of the product having been delivered. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.
REFUND
Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that
During peak seasons please allow up to 15-18 business days for your return to process.
