Shipping Policy

RETURNS  

  • Return & Exchange will be processed only if: 
    • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
    • The product is not different from what was shipped to you;
    • The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  • Requisites for refund:
  • Customised or made to measure products are not eligible for refund. 
  • Product is out of stock and we are unable to fulfill the order. 
  • In case of Wrong product received: Both product & Tag images required;
  • In case of Wrong size received: Both product & Tag images required;
  • In case of Product different from website/doesn’t look the same – Only product image required;
  • In case of Incomplete order received: Both product & Tag image is required.
  • Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered;
  • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned;
  • We do not return or exchange products for international shipping
  • During an ongoing sale, we do not carry out Product exchanges. 
  • If there is no sale, the customer is responsible to courier the package to Windowwagon Pvt Ltd.  
  • In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well;
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • We will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Windowwagon Pvt Ltd would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the Use;
  • Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny;
  • Return Intimation: You can either call our Support Number 9880900078 or Email Us at hello@windowagon.com within 2 days from date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.

 

CANCELLATION

  • You can cancel your order or a part of your order online within 24 hours of placing the order on hello@windowwagon.com. Made to measure or customised product orders cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed. 
  • Cancellation of order will not be accepted if the time frame given has expired. If the package has not been dispatched for delivery yet, we can accommodate your request for cancellation of the order. 
  • Please note, you cannot cancel products you’ve bought during a sale.
  • Once you’ve cancelled an order, your refund will be credited to your card, bank account or wallet once we’ve finished processing the cancellation.

 

REFUND 

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 
  • Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 10-12 business days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways.
  • For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done through NEFT.

 

SHIPPING

  • Customers are requested to provide an accurate, complete and valid address and pin code at the time of creating an account to avoid any delays, as we would not be liable if any incorrect address is provided and no refunds may be claimed by the buyer for any delivery of the products, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control.
  • Please note that the billing Address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills and shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered. You cannot change the shipping address once the order is placed.
  • Once the order is placed, you can track the order status on our website, and in case of any queries relating to the order, our customer care service is available on all the weekdays between 9:30 am to 6:30 pm IST. Or you can email your query to hello@windowwagon.com. After the product is dispatched by us, you will receive the tracking code, with which you track the status of your purchased product.
  • For international customers, the VAT/Import Duties/ Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.
  • All prices are inclusive of GST.
  • We disclaim our liability in case of any delay in the delivery due to unforeseen events or wrong delivery address provided by the buyers.
  • Custom charges might be applicable in case of delivery outside India.
  • Customers will be liable to customs chargers in such cases.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over Rs. 3500, you should consider using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • All import tax and duty charges are borne by the clients during International Shipping.
  • It takes up to 7-12 days for delivery within India and 7-14 days for International Shipping. Made to measure or customised products may take 15 - 20 days to deliver.
