- The Product: The product is either photographed or digitally generated images. Due to the different settings of the camera, lighting, rendering, screen brightness and contrast, etc, the colour of the product may not match the real product. The pattern, design and installation style might also vary. However, at windowwagon; we ensure we show you the real product before order confirmation unless you are directed by you otherwise. The product delivered will be the closest match to the physical sample that you approve.
- Made to Measure: All products are made to measure to fit your living space. Our professional executives will visit your site and take the measurements. They will also recommend the best way the product can be installed. The product will be made to measure to suit your requirement only and for this reason, we cannot replace or cancel the order once confirmed by you. We recommend you double-check the fabric that you choose and set clarity from our executives.
- Fabric/ Material: The fabric or the material our products are made of are usually dead or printed upon. There might be a slight variation in colour, pattern or thickness due to batch variation. If you have any questions regarding the variations, please contact the executive who is in touch with you as we will not recommend exchange due to this reason.
- Measurement tolerance: Our executives will take the measurement and also suggest the best fitting method. In this case, if any error in measurement and the size delivered are made, we take full responsibility to replace the item as soon as possible. For a few of our products, we also take measurements given by our customers. However, in such cases, the product cannot be replaced or cancelled. The tolerance in measurement will be -/+ 3cms. Beyond this, the product will be repaired or replaced promptly.
Placing an order:
- Free Visit and consultation: You may fix a meeting with our executives via our website or by calling us on our customer service number. We will be giving you an approximate estimate/ quotation based on the measurements. You may confirm the order with our executive, over the call to our customer service number or via email.
- Have your own measurement? You may send us your measurements via, email, WhatsApp or call. You will receive a final estimate from us after which you can confirm the order.
- The rates mentioned on the website are per square feet of the ready product. We offer to delivery and installation free in specified cities. The Price will be discussed with you during the visit. Before order confirmation, we will take you acknowledgement regarding the final price. The final price will be including of GST. The GST percentage will be set as per the product. You will receive a GST invoice from us post the delivery of the product.
- Since all the products are made to measure, we will take an advance from you for order confirmation. Payments can be made in cash, online payment gateway, cards. For any other modes of payment, please discuss with our executives on the customer service number.
Right of Acceptance:
- We reserve the right to cancel the order for various reasons such as stock quantity, delivery time and distance, pricing errors, payment terms etc.
- Since all the products are made to measure, we do not entertain cancellations or exchanges. However, if the order is not accepted from our end, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 7 working days.
- After the confirmation of the order, windowwagon will take 8 to 15 working days for the item to be Dispatched. Delivery is free of charge in Bangalore Urban. If you need the item to be delivered out of Bangalore Urban, Please contact our customer service number 9880900078 for information on additional delivery charges to your location.
- Installation services are available for Bangalore Urban only. As the blinds are made to measure, our executives will inform you of the installation charges during the initial site visit. Please note that the site visit is free of cost in Bangalore Urban.
- The installation will happen within 3 working days from the date of delivery. The Windowwagon team will inform you about the delivery schedule. If you need to postpone the delivery or installation date, please call us on 9880900078 or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Windowwagon currently does not provide installation out of Bangalore Urban. Please contact our customer service number 9880900078 for more information.
- If the goods are damaged on delivery, please call us on 9880900078 or write to us at email@example.com. We will inspect your order and if indeed the item is damaged, we will arrange a replacement.
- To ensure good customer service, feedback and to inform you about our products, delivery and installation, we will collect KYC details from you. Any sensitive information will be securely stored.
- We may use technology to track the visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" that would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this from happening.
