• After the confirmation of the order, windowwagon will take 8 to 15 working days for the item to be Dispatched. Delivery is free of charge in Bangalore Urban. If you need the item to be delivered out of Bangalore Urban, Please contact our customer service number 9880900078 for information on additional delivery charges to your location.

Installation Service

• Installation services are available for Bangalore Urban only. As the blinds are made to measure, our executives will inform you the installation charges during the initial site visit. Please note that the site visit is free of cost in Bangalore Urban.

Installation Time

• Installation will happen within 3 working days from the date of delivery. Windowwagon team will inform you about the delivery schedule. If you need to postpone the delivery or installation date, please call us on 9880900078 or write to us on hello@windowwagon.com

Damaged Goods

• If the goods are damaged on delivery, please call us on 9880900078 or write to us on hello@windowwagon.com. We will inspect your order and if indeed the item is damaged, we will arrange a replacement.
